Joseph Daigle
Joseph graduated in 2007 with a B.S. in Construction Technology from Texas State University. After college, Joey went to work in San Antonio on the General Contractor side until 2010 before joining Fireproof Contractors to open the Central Texas branch of Fireproof. Joey has performed many different roles for Fireproof, including installing many of the products, superintendent, estimating, project managing and is currently the Vice President and Owner in charge of the Central Texas office. Joey enjoys focusing on how Fireproof Contractors can internally run more efficiently and over the past 5 years has developed an in-house sales and operations software. The software has been integral in helping provide quality service to Fireproof Contractors’ customers and added the ability to spot the ever changing market trends throughout the region. Joey lives in Austin, TX with his wife, Caroline and their two sons, Newt & Dash.
Mark graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Lamar University. Mark played Collegiate Baseball while at Lamar and brings that competitive nature into business. Mark has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry and he created and helped grow our waterproofing division starting back in 2005. Mark has performed many different roles for Fireproof; including an installer for many of our product lines, Estimator, Project Manager and is currently the President and Owner. Mark lives in Houston with his wife, Deanna, and their four children.

As one of the original Co-Founders of Fireproof Contractors, Inc, Ray brings many years of Insulation and Fireproofing Management experience. He has established Fireproofing divisions in previous companies before starting Fireproof Contractors in 1991. He has since sold FPC to his two sons who have added a Waterproofing Division and a Central Texas location. Partially retired, Ray now operates in a capacity as a Management Consultant. In his off time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his 8 grandkids.

Jason Morris
Chief Financial Officer
Jason graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and the Master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree from the Mays Business School. He brings a forward-looking perspective to the financial side of the business, focusing on building long-term value and facilitating operational integration as the company embarks on its next chapter.
Jason has extensive experience in the industrial and construction sectors, having previously served as a Division CFO for Nucor Corporation, the CFO of R.E.C. Industries, and as a strategic advisor for several growing mid-market enterprises. At Fireproof Contractors, he leads our financial operations, capital strategy, and strategic initiatives to support the company’s expansion across Texas. Jason lives in College Station where he remains a rabid Aggie sports fan.
Director of Health and Safety
Gabriel Lujan
Gabriel has 20 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Management in the Construction and Facilities Sectors providing over site of Operational Risk Management. He has extensive education in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental accreditations from Texas State Technical College and has earned OSHA outreach certifications from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Stephanie graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in administration from Lamar University. She recently joined Fireproof Contractors bringing 15 years of management experience to assist us in a new HR Director role. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.
Ryan Fugate
Director of Preconstruction
Ryan is our Director of Preconstruction and oversees our estimating and sales department. He was born and raised in Georgetown, TX. He eventually moved to San Marcos where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in Law Enforcement. Following his college experience, he began his career as an estimator and has continued to grow with us. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, going to see movies, and exploring with his dog, Nook.

Aris Saravia
Purchasing Manager
Aris has over 15 years of experience working in the Distribution and Inventory field. He started at Fireproof Contractors in 2021 as a Warehouse Manager and has quickly and effectively worked up to his current role. He is a dedicated and hands-on purchasing manager who prides himself on staying actively involved in every aspect of his work. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, his nieces, nephews and his dog, Ghost. When he's not working or with family, you can find him cheering on his favorite college football team, the Texas Longhorns - Hook 'Em Horns!

Antonio has more than 20 years of experience in the waterproofing trade, with extensive knowledge spanning both management and hands-on field operations. He thrives on assisting customers with technical questions and collaborating closely with them to help ensure successful project outcomes.
Antonio holds multiple certifications, including QAP certification from ABAA. He is highly dedicated to his profession and consistently committed to delivering quality workmanship and dependable results.
Chad Stone
Project Manager
Chad was raised in the Piney Woods of East Texas. A 2013 graduate from Sam Houston State University with a B.S. in Design & Development, he began his career in the Fire Protection Industry as Project Engineer for fire suppression systems. He joined Fireproof Contractors in 2019 to move his focus away from the engineering side of commercial construction to Project Management. Chad has a wide range of fire protection and construction knowledge and has helped complete some challenging and unique projects throughout the State of Texas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors hitting the links for a round of golf, hunting, and fishing as well as relaxing with his wife, daughter and son.
Will is originally from Chicago,IL. He came to Texas in 1989 to attend Texas Southern University to study Construction Management. After college, he obtained 20+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential Construction Management. Will joined the Fireproof Contractors team in 2014 and became our Project Manager over our building Insulation, Firestop and Firesafe division.

Jesus Estrada
Project Manager
Jesus "Chuy" has over 10 years of experience in the insulation and fireproofing industry. He began his career as a field installer, working hands‑on with batt insulation, spray foam insulation, and fireproofing systems. After gaining field experience, he spent five years as a Warehouse Manager, overseeing material logistics, equipment coordination, and operational support for multiple projects. Jesus then transitioned into estimating, where he spent another five years developing detailed takeoffs, pricing, and preconstruction planning before moving into his current role as a Project Manager. In his free time, Jesus enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and supporting his favorite soccer team, Club América — ¡Ódiame Más!
Richard Fiebrich
Project Manager
Richard joined the company in 2018 as the Quality Control Manager for both the Fireproof and Waterproof divisions. Over the course of four years, his dedication and expertise led to a well-earned promotion to Project Manager, where he now oversees projects for the Waterproof and Insulation divisions across Central Texas. Raised in Rockne, TX, Richard brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, both in his professional role and in his personal life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, tending to his growing herd of Texas Longhorns, and pursuing hobbies like hunting, fishing, and golfing.
Jeremiah Sabrsula
Estimator
Jeremiah, a native of Katy, TX, has a career in construction that spans over 35 years. His journey began in his teenage years, working in various roles within the industry. Starting on the mixer and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of installing structural steel fireproofing, Jeremiah transitioned into estimating in 2000. He has been an integral part of Fireproof Contractors since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the estimating team. Outside of work, Jeremiah enjoys photography, tackling DIY projects around the house, helping neighbors with their own projects, gardening, and spending quality time with his wife. His diverse skill set and dedication to the construction industry make him a valuable asset to both the company and the community.
Douglas Clark
Assistant Project Manager
Douglas was born and raised in El Paso, TX. He attended college at Texas State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Geography – Resource and Environment Studies. Shortly after graduating, he began his career as a Police Officer. In 2013, he chose to change his career path and entered the construction industry. He joined Fireproof Contractors as an Estimator and is now a member of the Project Management Team. In his free time, Douglas enjoys spending time with his wife Kellea, his two son's Carter and Callan. He also enjoys fishing & hunting!
